It's been a long time since i blogged? hmmm.. nothing to do now.. dar dar has her dhscogy gathering and i played maple until sianed liao...

Lets talk bout what happened after my BMT pop. I got posted to 41 SAR.!!! i hate tt MO!!! This is how e story goes. During BMT, i slept at outfield. And i placed my right forearm below my arm as a cushion, den the following morning 3am it was numb. I tot it was normal, so i give it a few massage to let e blood flow and cont back to sleep. When i woke up at 5am, i could still feel the numbness and my whole biceps amd forearm were weak. I didnt report my injury immediately to the medical officer back in tekong medical centre, coz i tot i will recover eventually. But after 5 days, i could still feel e numbness and weakness, so i went to see the medical officer and i got referred to a specialist at neroscience clinic at TTSH. And they diagnosed that its a nerve prob, but its recovering.

Then, its was the day for a mini test which is call Fit For Instructor (FFI) . This test determines where u will be posted to after BMT, whether it is to OCS, SISPEC or UNIT. In this FFI test, they will ask u bout ur medical history. And i honestly go write down bout my hand. Den when its our turn to see the medical officer who will grade us as fit or unfit for instructors, the medical office put me as unfit coz of my hand. And i told him my arms are recovering, so can put me as fit? and u know what reasons he gave? He said : 'cannot cannot, what if u go OCS or SISPEC and you carry and fire gun and then suddenly misfire how?cannot cannot. ' okay, i took his words and bo bian, unfit lo.

After the posting result was out, i'm posted to 41 SAR which is an ARMOUR unit!!! and guess what! armour unit deals mostly with firing and learning bout guns more than other unit. WTH lah, its a stupid reason for the MO to give lah, its so contridicting!! and i've been posted to this unit as men for nothing. I shd be in sispec or ocs lah!! argh.. everytime talk bout this issue my blood will boil!!! BASKET!!! Actually i dun mind been posted to this unit, but posted as a men, its the most least thing i wan to expect and be!!! At least a sergeant lah!!! whatever!

Today is the 25th Mar which also marks the last day of my block leave. Hmmm... pass out of BMT since the 14th Mar and got my posting result on the 23rd. Haiz, got posted to armour unit, quite a big disapointment, but quite expected also. Its a long story and I repeated a lot of times already, so dun feel like blogging it down. Lets just hope armour is fun lo, but I heard that must wash the bloody tank, haiz....

For the past 11 days or so, I've been spending everyday of my time with dar except for the 3 days that I'm in Chiang Mai . Spending time with her is what I want and what I'm looking forward to everyday :D Waiting for her to have lunch or dinner together and seeing her smile makes my mood better a lot. And one more thing I wanna say, she's getting more and more pretty wor,oooooooo...

We went out on thu which is her off day. That day was different. Coz normally we will shop for her stuffs and I'll buy things for her, but that day, it was vice versa. She bought me a white wallet, a topshop bermudas and two briefs hmmmm... But before all these shopping, we went to watch Mr. Bean. haha, what can I say, Mr. Bean is my all time idol!!! After the shopping, we went to parkway for steamboat which I can say is average ba, but worth a try :)

And yesterday I did the dumbest thing. I actually forgot or i noted down her break time wrongly. In fact it was 12nn-1pm which I thought it was 1pm-2pm. okay, I should get punish for that :(

Oh, 10.41am le... no time liao, need to go visit the kranji camp ( the camp that I'm posted to), shall post pictures some other days. After that, off to see my dear dear le.................and she bought me some t shirts and shirts wo haa...

I'm gg back to tekong land in 3 hrs time.. haiz.. time flies..4 days of holidays flew past just liddat... Was back in sg last fri afternn, Had dinner with her at jack's place...

Hmmm... I cant recall what i've done during cny eve...oh! I went to watch ghost rider with peck and ping at marina oh oh!

Had reunion dinner at night, den countdown with my sis and two cousins at our ah ma hse. This yr's cny eve is a bit different, coz our ah gong is no longer ard le... :(

Sian... but anyway, i'm counting down to my passing out parade(POP). Hmmm.. still got 3 more weeks, haha, cant wait for tt day. After POP, there will be a one week so call block leave, den aft tt wk, we will know where we are posted to, to either Officer Cadet School (OCS) or Specialist school (SISPEC) or Unit.

P.S. I wish u could come for my POP on the 14th march, I want to show you what I've learn for the past 9 weeks and I'm proud to show you and I want you to be proud of me too... Thats all i wish for...

Day 3, 26th dec. Hilton Hotel. Narita train station. Utsunomiya. Nikko.

As usual, woke up around 8am, took the hotel shuttle bus to Narita train station. We went to a nearby eating house for breakfast. I had ramen, its just plain ramen with some spring onions. And its SALTY!!

Hurray, we finally reached Nikko after 5 hrs i think. The whole journey should takes about 3 hrs plus but due to the strong wind, the train had to stop and hide inside the tunnel for safety.

My godma expected snowing, but when we reached Nikko, its raining... We took a public bus to our resort. En route from the train station to our resort, we lost our way because we alighted at the wrong bus stop. Luckily, we found our resort with the help of the 7 eleven people..

The resort is a ryokan style (japanese style hotel). I.e we will be sleeping on the floormat called tatami. Awwww, its awful. You will have backache after that night if you are 1st time sleeping on it.

After checking in, we went to he nikko spa (onsen) inside the resort individually. Its a private spa duh~ Warning to onsen users, remember not to soak yourselves for too long, you will feel giddy when you get up...

After the spa, we walked a long long way to a Jap-kor restaurant for dinner. Its run by an old couple and the serves delicious food.

After the dinner, we went back to the hotel. Of course after a heavy meal, its not possible to go to bed immediately. So we went to dig out the yukata (japanese 'robe')..

If you are a 1st timer to Japan, U will die staring at the map and finding the destination you want to go. ITS SO SO SO MESSY!! Over 8 railway lines, think over 100stations ba..

After we reached Tokyo, we went to this Lei Men. Its a shopping street inside, but at the end of the street is a temple. Didnt bought much things inside the street.

After the temple, we took a subway to shibuya!! Shibuya is basically a shopping paradise. Lots of shopping building, deparments buildings blah blah...
